RETURN & REFUND TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Only garments in original condition with tags intact will be accepted.  
• Returns must be made within 14 days from the day of delivery. This period is extended additional week during public holidays.
• Returns are processed within 10 business days.
• All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.
• Online exchanges are not available at this time.
• Original shipping fees are not refundable.
• Briefs, thongs, swimwear bottoms, and shapewear etc. must be tried on over your own underwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item(s) are in a non-saleable condition, or damaged. In the interests of hygiene, we will refuse returns, where no caution has been taken to protect the item.
• Please return your purchase in its original packaging, with all the parts and any free items, Please make sure that the product(s) are properly packed when you are returning them.
• Sale category garment(s) are final sale and non-refundable.
• If a Gift card is used and the merchandise is returned, the funds will be placed back on the original card.
